Jumping jacks are easy all you have to do is first you jump and while you are in the air you throw your hands and feet out away from you and do that over and over. Jumping jacks are a great cardiovascular exercise and you will be sweating bullets when you are done doing them.
Another great exercise that you can use to get your body into great shape is side to sides these will really work out your abs of the mid section. Which is great because this area is were a lot of your extra fat that you have ends up and when you do side to side these tend to burn them down to nothing. When you start doing side to sides you start of by putting your legs shoulder width apart, once you have this in place put your arms down toward your sides, next you slowly lower your arm down your leg towards your ankle and then you switch over and do the other arm. The best thing about side to sides is that you can do them anywhere and they are also really great for when you are watching TV.
The next great exercise that you can use to get your body into shape is the crunches this exercise works out your abs brilliantly. When you do crunches you will notice that you are going to shed tons of inches off of your stomach which is always a blessing. The way that you do crunches is by laying on the ground putting your knees in a ninety degree angle then once you have done that then you slowly lift you upper body up towards your lower until you have your shoulder blades up off the ground then you lower it back down and repeat.
